The potential benefits of this twice daily, 20 minute practice:

Meditation;
Included
4 days in duration.
Each day will go for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Day one, you will learn your mantra. Following this we meditate together.
Mantra is a Sanskrit phrase which translates as ‘tool for the mind’.
Each day will follow in the same fashion: we meditate together, with discussion on the experience of Being and the embodiment of Virtue to follow.
You will practice a second meditation each day on your own. The next day we discuss your solo practice in detail.
All will flow beautifully and naturally from there.

$1000 for one-on-one tuition (incl. GST)
$850 per person for groups of two + (incl. GST)
