The potential benefits of this twice daily, 20 minute practice:

  • And most importantly, you will feel a greater sense of harmony with your own true nature in accordance with the nature of the Whole

Meditation;

 

Included

  • 4 days in duration.

  • Each day will go for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Day one, you will learn your mantra. Following this we meditate together.

  • Mantra is a Sanskrit phrase which translates as ‘tool for the mind’.

  • Each day will follow in the same fashion: we meditate together, with discussion on the experience of Being and the embodiment of Virtue to follow.

  • You will practice a second meditation each day on your own. The next day we discuss your solo practice in detail.

  • All will flow beautifully and naturally from there.


Pricing

  • $1000 for one-on-one tuition (incl. GST)

  • $850 per person for groups of two + (incl. GST)
