Meditation for Athletes;

 

Included

  • 4 days; 90mins to 2hrs each day.

  • Day one you will learn your mantra, after which we will meditate together.

  • Mantra literally translates as ‘tool for the mind’.

  • Each day will follow in the same fashion: we meditate together and discuss the experience - and more - afterwards.

  • You will complete a second 20min meditation each day on your own. The following day we will discuss the experience of your solo practice in detail.


Pricing

  • $1500 for one-on-one tuition (incl. GST)

  • $850 per athlete for groups of two + (incl. GST)
